Job Description


As a kitchen assistant, you'll prepare ingredients, cut, slice, and julienne vegetables and meats, following the Head Chef/Sous Chef's instructions. You'll cook side dishes and assist in food presentation. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, you'll clean equipment and organize the kitchen area to the highest standards. Following instructions closely, you'll manage inventories and ensure equipment is stocked. Your role is crucial to the team's success, requiring attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Prepare ingredients such as portion, cut, slice, and julienne vegetables and meats.

  • Cooking some side dishes and decorating food on the dishes following Head Chef / Sous Chef's instructions.

  • Maintaining kitchen equipment, tools, devices in clean condition under above standards.

  • Managing inventories & equipment within the kitchen area by following Head Chef / Sous Chef 's instructions.

  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
