Job Description


As a Bell Attendant, you will be responsible for conducting bell service activities to enhance the guest experience. This includes providing luggage service upon guests' arrival and departure, storing luggage, handling messages, faxes, parcels, and mail, and offering information services. You will greet guests at the main entrance, open car doors professionally, and assist with unloading luggage. Additionally, you will assist in arranging transport for hotel guests. Your role is crucial in creating a positive first and last impression for guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

  • Conducting bell service activities such as luggage service upon guest’s arrival and departure, luggage storage, message service fax delivery, parcel and mail hand-over, information service and other related tasks.

  • Opening door of the car for the guest in a professional manner at the main entrance of the hotel and assisting to unload the luggage if any.

  • Assisting to arrange for transport for hotel guest.
