We take complete precautions for physical and non-tangible aspects, including payments and non-payments procedures, guarding against misuse, losses, unauthorized access, transfer, or alterations, and any disclosure of applicants' personal data profiles or information obtained by our company. The facts and details shared with us by applicants, including personal and family details, are strictly used for the purpose of our services only.

In no circumstances will Global Path Way Education & Immigration Services Pvt. Ltd. refund payments for early service termination.

• 1. apply simple and strong terms for the refund amount percentage for the complete service, and not just any amount paid. Our refund policy is applied when applicants pay the complete amount of the fee for the product and service offered without any incomplete status of the payment. Applicants/Clients are strictly not eligible for any refunds if they come under these clauses or if they have not completely/fully paid our service fee addressed to them before applying for the process.



• 2. For all our clients' immigration services, we offer discounts based on future reliability. Clients can register in advance, before the confirmation of qualification is announced or before the cap system is met. This agreement is acknowledged by the client, indicating their readiness to move ahead with the service, avoiding last-minute hurry and ensuring all requirements are completed on time, meeting all necessary immigration authority procedures. In cases where a client's profile does not match the criteria at the time of confirmation of qualified applicants, they can apply for other opportunities.



• 3. Immediate actions will be taken against any payment disputes/charges raised against credit cards or other methods of payment. The credit card user will be blacklisted and barred from using any further services if the payment is not made or the dispute is not resolved immediately. Any costs that are overdue will be sent for collection, and the applicants need to pay them on time. In case the applicant fails to make the payment, we are obliged to report to the bureau of credit card departments and agencies.



• 4. The applicants/clients agree to pay the total amount mentioned in the invoice, including our service charge/consultation fee with tax. Also, one should note that the refund amount will be given only on the consulting fee after calculating the initial amount. The tax amount that the applicant pays is non-refundable at any level. Applicants should therefore be well-informed about their application as we help you complete your process. It is important to follow and adhere to strict guidelines.



• 5. Applicants rejected by the Authorized Department of Immigration Head, Global Path Way Education & Immigration Services Pvt. Ltd., will pay the refund amount as mentioned in the agreement documents before signing the papers for our services. The refund amount will be given within 15 to 20 working days after the applicant submits the filled-in Online Refund Claim Form to us. The applicant must also attach a copy of the rejection letter or a stamp indicating the rejection on the applicant’s passport. Only following this condition, we will be able to refund your amount.



• 6. Applicants cannot claim a refund of any services delayed or cancelled for some reason with authorities claim towards your application, papers and submitted documents. And we are not responsible for any of these reasons.



• 7. Global Path Way Education & Immigration Services Pvt. Ltd. is a 100% trustworthy consultation service for immigration services and is not responsible for refunding of any amounts or other charges paid for the procedures or services offered to the applicant. This includes amounts paid to immigration authorities, embassies, consulates, or high commissions while obtaining the applicant’s approval for immigration, in the event of rejection or non-forwarding of his/her request at any level by the authorities. In any case, before the procedures are carried forward, the client agrees to pay the complete amount as applicable and discussed.



• 8.Applicants using the online card system for transactions should not charge back the money paid or withdraw it for any reason without the consent of Global Path Way Education & Immigration Services Pvt. Ltd. The refund norms, according to the agreement procedures, are undertaken by law under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, State of Telangana, except for payments made through CC Avenue transactions.



• 9. The applicant agrees to all payments made through credit card or net banking and will not dispute any conditions. Nor will the applicant complain to the bank about applied charges or insist on withholding payments. They should not even cancel the conditions of payment that are to be paid during the process of our service at Global Path Way Education & Immigration Services Pvt. Ltd. Also, the applicant informs their banker about all payments made to us, trusting that all services processed further for immigration services are valid. This is with the exception of their request to cancel or to pay the charges back in their favour. While proceeding with the payments and other data or information, they or anyone else in their dealings are responsible for any misuse or losses. Along with this, the applicant is ready to cooperate with us in this subject matter, where we stand to present the matter in favour in front of bank authority.



• 10. Global Path Way Education & Immigration Services Pvt. Ltd. service charges are at a special cost, with applicable discounts. They do not refer to any market charges as per the company standards, and the applicant agrees to this. Applicant never complain about our services charges being too expensive or otherwise, it will not be alright as all he disclosure of our services information and details are shared before with the applicant.



• 11.The applicants, by showing satisfactory funds for immigration, are applicable for a suitable country as preferred, with costs varying from country to country and the category the applicants apply under. The applicants must therefore meet all the required details/information/fund amounts to submit to the concerned immigration authorities at any level. Failure to provide any details/documents/fund amounts for the immigration process will lead to delays and extended charges. Global Path Way Education & Immigration Services Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any refund amount or extra charges applied. No refund of any service amount request will be allowed or entertained during the course of time.



• 12. The applicants agree to all and any registrations for any countries before the applicant declaration date. In case of any invalid statement announced by Global Path Way Education & Immigration Services Pvt., the claim for fees will only be issued when the applicants are given the written letter by Global Path Way Education & Immigration Services Pvt.



• 13.Here are the terms for your permit; if rejected on the following bases, no amount will be refunded:


• a) When an applicant fails to be present at the interview.
• b)When applicants fail to provide any requested medicals before or during the immigration process.
• c) When the applicant does not fully comply with providing all the requirements to any Embassy or head of consulate.
• d)When an applicant does not present a genuine Police Verified Certificate, which should be valid for 3 months from the date of submission.
• e)When an applicant fails to submit proof of sufficient funds for completing any procedures for themselves or their family members.
• f)When any violation under immigration law is identified by the applicant or their family members.
• g)When any document, papers, or other items are not submitted on time by the date given in the consulate's letter.
• h)When applicants do not qualify with the required English language test score. This eligibility criteria score is advised by Global Path Way Education & Immigration Services Pvt., Consultant.
• i)When no amount will be refunded if applicants abandon their application within 3 months of registration.
• j)When an applicant fails to communicate with us at Global Path Way Education & Immigration Services Pvt., Consultant for a period of 3 months, they will be considered as having abandoned their application.



• 14. Any funds/amount paid to the head of authorities or any organization/institution are completely liable to the applicant and are not included in consultant service charges. Global Path Way Education & Immigration Services Pvt. will not accept any request or entertain any letter regarding the rejection of applicants.
  
  
• 15.Applicants must submit details, documents, papers, forms, facts, and other certificates within 30 days. Your cooperation during this period will enable Global Path Way Education & Immigration Services Pvt., Consultant to complete his/her procedures and prepare to submit them to the appropriate assessing bodies/immigration head office. Failure to respond by applicants will suggest that, in this case, no amount of advisory/consulting fee will be reimbursed and will remain outstanding.
  
  
• 16.Applicants will receive all notifications via calls, messages, or emails and should immediately inform us at Global Path Way Education & Immigration Services Pvt. within a week's time. Applicants should also promptly share all details disclosed by the immigration office for further procedures and actively engage directly with the bureau within a week or 7 days of working to complete each procedure. Applicants should visit the office for any queries instead of addressing them via calls, emails, or other means. Without your physical visits, it is impossible to solve any of your queries or guide you through the process. In any case of non-involvement by applicants, any request for money back will be immediately abandoned. This could be any amount paid or outstanding with issues of any funds towards the service charges at Global Path Way Education & Immigration Services Pvt.
  
  
• 17.Applicants must attend all interviews as scheduled by the head of departments, as required by the consultant or agency, and as per the details of place and time provided by the authorities. It should be noted that applicants bear all costs for the interview visits and involvement. Not being present for the interview will not change any terms for acceptance of money back from our agencies at Global Path Way Education & Immigration Services Pvt. Also, there are no outstanding charges of any amount owed to us.
  
  
• 18. While the application is requested/petitioned with a letter of return/rejection/delay, showing any form of wrong signal for the amount or the payment transaction, the applicant cannot request the withdrawal of his/her application on any ground. As the transaction of the payment/the fee amount is wholly liable to the applicant.
  
  
• 19. Detailing every paper involved as per the requirements by the authorities and officers, each and every piece of information required should be submitted during the entire period, from before to after the application. This is understood as the procedure takes enough effort, time, and regular routine until the successful status of the involvement. Any questions during the application procedure will not entertain any acceptance of money back returns/refunds.
  
  
• 20. The applicant will not receive a refund of any money or amount paid, nor can they transfer any amount to friends, family, or others in the event that they decline the request and decide to opt out due to any conditions, situations, or reasons while the signup procedure is ongoing.
  
  
• 21. The applicant needs to provide all necessary documents, such as English translations, the agreed and completed form from Global Path Way Education & Immigration Services Pvt., and documents from the involved office. The papers presented to immigration must be fully agreed upon at all levels, true to the best of the applicant's knowledge, and free of errors, falsifications, deficiencies, or incorrect information. If any such issues are found, they will not be tolerated by immigration authorities. In this case, the immigration consultancy has no responsibility and takes no initiative for any negative impacts on the petition's results or any rejections for any reason. No money paid or amount will be refunded, and the applicant cannot claim any amount paid or initiated towards the consultancy or governmental charges under any circumstances.
  
  
• 22.Global Path Way Education & Immigration Services Pvt. has complete control over your application and may withdraw or decline their services without any refund under the following terms:
• a. Failure to present any required documents within the given time frame of one month from the date of application and registration.
• b. Creating confusion or damaging the company's reputation in any way that causes business disruptions or harms the company's name.
• c. Failing to attend calls or respond to emails and other communications from Global Path Way Education & Immigration Services Pvt. or the immigration departments for more than a month, or declining further processing of the application due to personal situations.
• d. Global Path Way Education & Immigration Services Pvt. will take complete control over the forms if someone other than the client attempts to access the services for personal benefit.
• e. In any matter of discretion, the applicant must behave appropriately; if not, we reserve the right to cease providing services at any time..
  
  
• 23. The applicant agrees to provide all the required documents to the authorities and heads conducting the assessment and preparing the evaluation results. The applicant must present all original documents whenever required by immigration authorities or any department heads during the process. The applicant understands that if they do not present any required documents, they fail to comply with the procedures, and Global Path Way Education & Immigration Services Pvt. is not responsible for any delays or untimely procedures resulting from this failure. With this understanding, the applicant cannot give any reason or request a refund for any amount that is paid or initiated towards any of the immigration departments.
  
  
• 24. The applicants agree to settle any service amounts owed to immigration service departments, consultancies, governments, and other skilled bodies, including language testing organizations. Applicants also agree to pay any costs for skills appraisal, which include advising, guiding, and training. Another test includes health and medical exams. These amounts cannot be refunded or adjusted by any office or immigration consultancy, regardless of the final decision on the petition. Any decisions are made by the organizational body, and Global Path Way Education & Immigration Services Pvt. has no control over the final decision or the stage of the petition. Global Path Way Education & Immigration Services Pvt. does not guarantee any outcome for the applicant's petition at any level of the process and application. The applicant cannot dispute any final decision made by the government regarding immigration. Any appraisal will be solely decided by the governmental bodies.
  
  
• 25. The applicant will share all details and updates involving changes in email ID, phone number, address, education, important credentials, marital status, children information, newborn children, or any police/lawful case after the application is submitted to Global Path Way Education & Immigration Services Pvt. during the process with the official departments. This is required until the period of receiving the PR, Permanent Residence Permit. If the applicant fails to provide such information along with the required documents, they will not be eligible for any refund of amounts paid or outstanding toward our service, or to any advisory or immigration board.
  
  
• 26.Applicants accept all language tests, whether in English or another language, according to the application and procedures. Applicants must achieve the minimum or excellent marks for each language test in all four appraisal factors: listening, reading, writing, and speaking. This requirement pertains to their ability to meet the necessary standards set by the immigration authority. Applicants understand that no petition will be accepted if the required language test is not completed by the applicant, their partner, or any other family member over 18 years of age. If an applicant fails to attend any of these language tests, no request for a refund or reimbursement of any amount paid to Global Pathway Education & Immigration Services Pvt. Ltd. or any other advisory body will be accepted.
  
  
• 27.Applicants also provide details about their marital status or any other relationship. This is accepted for dependents, such as a spouse or partner. In such cases, the dependent must apply for and pass the English language test or another applicable language test with a minimum or excellent score, as required by our services at Global Pathway Education & Immigration Services Pvt. Ltd.
  
  
• 28.Applicants agree to all our services before signing and acknowledging them. This agreement cannot be withdrawn at any point in the procedure, regardless of personal circumstances. We do not entertain any discussions or requests for settlements. As a business with significant investments, we do not accept any requests for refunds or transfers once our services have been initiated by Global Pathway Education & Immigration Services Pvt. Ltd.
  
  
• 29.Applicants should disclose everything concerning any involvement of errors or not abiding any governmental laws, with the matter solved or unsolved, even of those dependent on the applicant. In case any details are not presented before, and found afterwards, then no money back of any amount paid will be accepted at Global Pathway Education & Immigration Services Pvt. Ltd. No questions will be ever tolerated in the matter of facts.
  
  
• 30.All matters related to applicants are kept confidential with 100% privacy at Global Pathway Education & Immigration Services Pvt. Ltd. To maintain control, we take full responsibility for the personal and important documents of the applicants, protecting them from unauthorized access, theft, misuse, alterations, or any other issues. As the procedures progress, we use all the required documents needed for primary reasons, secondary reasons, and other related levels of the process for the applicant's immigration services. This is done by us at Global Pathway Education & Immigration Services Pvt. Ltd. and in other procedures authorized by our Privacy Act. Additionally, we use the applicant’s information for reasonable business purposes.

The waiting period solely depends on the reasons concerning the papers, documents, files, IDs, statements, and other communication involved in the procedures. He or she cannot request any refunds of the amount paid or decline the procedure based on the terms and conditions. The applicant fully cooperates for the smooth functioning of all the services and procedures applied for immigration and such.
    
  • ·   Global Pathway Education & Immigration Services Pvt. Ltd. does not guarantee or promise any job opportunities or approvals after the approval of your permit and after landing in any country as applied. No cost can be claimed for any matter of procedures, advisory, consulting amount, secretarial service, or as offered by Global Pathway Education & Immigration Services Pvt. Ltd. Everything that takes place during the event period is the applicant's full responsibility. No false claims can be made if we are unable to offer a job overseas in the country applied for.
    
  • ·  In the case of any dispute regarding payment made by the applicants to Global Pathway Education & Immigration Services Pvt. Ltd. for OUR SERVICES AND AGREEMENTS directly connected to Global Pathway Education & Immigration Services Pvt. Ltd., if any issues arise and the amount is outstanding, our responsibility will be limited to the service fee presented to Global Pathway Education & Immigration Services Pvt. Ltd. The amount is always linked to advisory, consulting, secretarial services, legalities, and other important factors.
    
  • ·  According to some countries' terms and conditions, there are certain cap systems for foreigners' Green Card/Permanent Residence. Applicants must meet the required points set by the Immigration Head Department of a country. If an applicant does not get the Green Card due to failing the cap system, they cannot request a refund of the amount paid. The cap system cannot be used as a reason for a refund. Applicants should understand this completely.
    
  • ·  Any request for a money-back refund is subject to the terms and conditions of Global Pathway Education & Immigration Services Pvt. Ltd. and will be processed within 15-30 working days.
    
  • ·  Our service offered is for end-to-end service requests as of the date of registration. Any other requests must be made through personal written or verbal communication. If services are extended to family members or children, the applicant will be responsible for such considerations. We at Global Pathway Education & Immigration Services Pvt.   • ·  The applicants must, by all means and with respect, share all information regarding any wrongdoings in the present or past. In the event of such activities falling under government legalities and needing to be addressed or resolved, no refund of the amount paid will be given to the applicants at Global Pathway Education & Immigration Services Pvt. Applicants are responsible for paying any number of services and taxes directly associated with our services by the payment mode applicable to us. Any errors will not be our responsibility.     Global Pathway Education & Immigration Services Pvt. Ltd. sells and markets all the required products and services for immigration in the countries mentioned in the list on our website. All opportunities are open for applicants without any burden or external forces from anything or anyone.
    
    The applicants must follow all notices that come with respective provisions. He/she has declared to comply with all terms and conditions by signing/acknowledging the required paper agreements at Global Pathway Education & Immigration Services Pvt. Ltd.
    Global Pathway Education & Immigration Services Pvt. Ltd. deals, operates, and controls all required business functions in India at its registered commercial office in Hyderabad, Telangana. All legalities and procedures are valid under the laws of the Government of India and the State Bodies of Telangana, including the State Government of Telangana. All working procedures and interpretations will be under the governance of the state and country's departments. Under any circumstances of offenses or disputes between the company and any individual.
    
    Applicants are fully responsible for submitting their documents to Global Pathway Education & Immigration Services Pvt. Ltd. During the process, we are not responsible or liable for any negative comments, failures at any level, delays, or other performance issues due to any direct or indirect events, including acts of force or control, such as job strikes, accidents, acts of war, terrorism, civil or other military issues, disturbances, nuclear or catastrophic events, acts of God, news breaks of pandemics, economic crises, loss or malfunctions of utilities, communications, computer-related services, or other information technology breakdowns. It should be clearly understood that the company takes the best safety, security, guidance, care, and control over resuming everything related to our services under any circumstances. Your data or information will be with us under any circumstances and situations until everything is taken care of. If we find that you are ineligible to request an application thereafter, no money will be refunded to you, as the cost covers the service charge paid.

Ltd., we will manage our services solely with our employees and infrastructure to fulfil the end-to-end process. This includes all the service amounts paid by the applicants. Since all the procedures are carried out successfully, results showing negatives will not be the responsibility of our consultancy, as the procedures are overseen by many heads of governmental departments. Any request for a money-back will not be entertained. Other costs that follow the agreement will be discussed according to the levels of applications passed with confirmations or as per the government's immigration issues.
    
    All costs related to the delivery of our signed services are non-refundable, except for card payments as outlined in our terms and conditions.
