Job Description
As the Waiter you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining and bar facilities, you will be the face of our company and will be expected to offer immaculate service.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring table reservations.
- Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and food quality.
- Uphold the restaurant's policies and procedures.
- Follow the Supply of Alcohol Act.
- Knowledgeably present menu options and provide recommendations to guests.
- Provide excellent customer service by welcoming guests, taking orders, and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and workstations.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Food & Beverage.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Ability to think of your feet and work by yourself.
- NZ resident or applicable Visa.
