Job Description


Floor Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure efficient workflow is up to date. Train and motivate team members in the group, follow company policies, and maintain a clean and a positive work environment. Monitor and look for all the inventory, handle all the queries of customer inquiries and other problems, issues, and collaborate with management to successfully improve the processes and achieve sales targets.

  • Supervises a specific department or area, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to standards.
  • Manages and guides staff members, assigning tasks and setting performance expectations.
  • Maintains excellent customer service standards, handling inquiries and addressing customer concerns.
  • Oversees schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and efficient workflow.
  • Monitors product or service quality, conducting inspections to ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Facilitates training sessions, mentors new employees, and provides ongoing coaching.
  • Manages inventory, overseeing stock levels and restocking activities where necessary.
  • Prepares reports, documenting incidents, and providing feedback to higher management.
  • Enforces safety protocols and ensures compliance with regulations within the department.
  • Collaborates with management to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
