The person should be capable of working in a high-pressure environment and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A good team player and able to work unsupervised. You can work flexible shifts, including weekends, late nights, and public holidays.
Responsibilities:
Food preparation and cooking, plating, and presentation.
Maintaining appropriate temperatures of ovens, grills, and other cooking equipment.
Check the quality of foodstuff.
Following food safety requirements.
Ensure the kitchen is clean at all times.
Clean the kitchen equipment after each shift.
Perform additional duties as per the business requirement.
Receive stock, and store them properly in a clean and dry place.
Check the stock and report to the head cook as and when the stock level is low.
Requirements:
A Cookery Certificate - Level 4
Minimum of two years work experience as a Chef/Cook in a Fast-Food Cooking Facility.
Friendly and works well within the team.
Able to adapt to the changing environments.
Clear communication and ability to follow instructions.
