The Restaurant Manager – Multi-branch will be working with individual branch team members to set performance goals. You will either be based at the Tauranga Crossing branch or in any Wellington branch. You must be flexible to work shifts.
Responsibilities:
Have previous management and leadership experience.
Ideally have experience within the Fast Food or Restaurant Chain industry.
Demonstrate success at developing and coaching staff.
Must have a solid financial understanding of budgets, wage costs, revenue, and cost control systems.
Work closely with the production kitchen team relating to menus, knowledge in Filipino or Asian cooking preferred.
Creating and managing the staff schedule.
Checking in deliveries, order matching, and daily banking.
Resolution of customer complaints during service.
Attending and contributing to weekly operational meetings.
Show a passion for customer service and the ability to drive this within a team.
Be organized, goal-oriented and business-savvy.
Enjoy managing staff and show skill at engaging and forming a successful team.
Ensuring that the branches are complying with company standards and are able to correct deviations when necessary.
Must be able to operate in front and back of the house. Must be able to perform basic frying, cooking, deep frying, slicing and dicing.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of work experience as a Restaurant Manager or 5 years of relative work experience.
Must have an experience in Fast Food or Restaurant Chain Industry.
A New Zealand qualification in Hospitality Management (Level 4 or higher) or an equivalent qualification is preferred but not required.
