Duties include:
Complete all pre-operation start-up and shut-down procedures
Lead and motivate your team with a “can do” attitude and be a part of the team that continually step up to smash deadlines.
Carry out Rostering staff as well as Agency casuals, working knowledge of ‘Deputy” is not essential but an added advantage.
Induct all new employees.
Inventory control and Stocktaking.
Provide training and skills development.
Maintain healthy relationships with suppliers and collaborations.
Plan and implement efficient schedules Complete reporting.
Contribute to the ongoing development of processes and procedures.
Dispatch and Receipt Goods accurately and efficiently.
