Job Description
Position: Restaurant & Functions Staff (Bar and Floor) Days: Fridays and Saturdays, with availability during the week.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Restaurant & Functions staff member, you'll play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests during special events and functions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Bar Service: Providing exceptional drink service, mixing and serving cocktails, and ensuring our guests' glasses are never empty.
Floor service: Delivering top-notch customer service, attending to guests' needs, and ensuring a seamless dining experience.
Event Support: Assisting with event setup, breakdown, and coordination to guarantee every function runs smoothly.
Requirements:
Experience: You should have some bar or waiting experience. Minimum 6 months
Availability: You should be available to work on Fridays and Saturdays, particularly during the evening hours.
Positive Attitude: A friendly demeanor and a passion for providing outstanding customer service are a must.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
RSA Certificate: A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is required.
