Job Description
We are seeking a qualified welder, fabricator, or maintenance leader to join our team in the Northern Rivers area with experience within the engineering and manufacturing environment. You will have the ability to self-manage and apply your skills to a broad range of materials, including brass, copper, stainless steel, aluminum, corten, and high-tensile steel, and create customized designs using these materials. We have long-standing client relationships in a diverse range of industries, including architectural manufacturing, the food industry, conveyors, and general food equipment for factories and workplaces.
What we are looking for is:
- A welder or fabricator with a trade certificate III.
- Ability to perform fabrication and welding experience.
- TIG.
- MIG.
- Metal Fabricating.
- Demonstrated experience managing and improving the output of a metal fabrication workshop (e.g., workshop workflow management).
- Teamwork and willingness to cooperatively share knowledge and expertise.
- Work part as a term or independently.
- Motivation to learn and develop new skills.
- Excellent communication skills—internally with the team and externally with clients, suppliers, and others.
