Job Description
Our small Gold Coast company is looking to expand. We are a close-knit team with a relaxed work ethic.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of high-end commercial customers Shopping centers, body corporates, theme parks Schools, over-50s living, etc.
- Weekly on-call roster •Confined space work.
- Burst pipes.
- Blocked drains.
- Drain cameras.
- Working around the public and keeping safety in mind.
Qualifications & experience:
- 5 years minimum Maintenance experience.
- Backflow ticket.
- Confined space, EWP advantageous.
- Ability to work unsupervised. read plans and liaise with customers managers and supervisers on site.
- Experience with Servicem8 app advantageous.
- Gas lisence advantageous.
