Job Description


For the staff, we are looking for a Head Chef that is both talented and experienced. The head chef is responsible for managing the culinary team, supervising kitchen operations, and guaranteeing food production of the highest caliber. A creative, inventive, and enthusiastic chef is what we're looking for in a candidate. 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.

  • Lead and manage culinary staff, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants

  • Develop and create innovative and appealing menus, considering seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.

  • Maintain consistent food quality, taste, and presentation, adhering to established standards.

  • Supervise kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and manage inventory and ordering of supplies.

  • Train new kitchen employees, fostering a skilled and cohesive team.

  • Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

  • Monitor food costs, minimize waste, and maximize efficiency without compromising quality.

  • Coordinate with other departments, such as purchasing and service, to streamline operations.

  • Address kitchen-related issues promptly, finding solutions to challenges that arise.

  • Continuously seek new culinary trends, techniques, and methods to enhance offerings.
