We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented guest relations attendant to provide our guests with an exceptional experience.
Key accountabilities include:
- Providing and projecting friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times.
- Welcome and serve sparking wine on arrival.
- Maintain guest accounts and assist with guest inquiries.
- Processing of financial transactions.
- Handling reservation enquiries and bookings.
- Guest check-in and check-out.
- Resolving any guest complaints.
- Advising guests on local attractions and activities.
- Upselling and promoting hotel services.
Certifications required: RSA
