The Role: We are currently looking for enthusiastic food and beverage supervisors who are dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences at our remarkable venues situated at Perth Airport, including Little Creatures, The Crafty Swan, East x West, Barista, CJ's Bagel Co., and others. We have multiple casual and full-time positions available. Successful applicants must be able to work on a 7-day rotating roster, which includes weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve our valued customers with enthusiasm.
  • React to service barriers to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Monitor and train on guest service to maintain high standards.
  • Provide training to the team on how to maximize sales through average check growth (ATV).
  • Manage roster and absenteeism when the manager is not on shift.
  • Ensure all tools and procedures are used and followed at all times to ensure consistent quality and that team members are aware of these processes and trained accordingly.
  • Implement and monitor continuous improvement systems and processes.
  • Maintains store cleanliness standards, including the completion of daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning checklists.

Skills & Experience:

  • 1+ year of experience in a supervisory role within the café/restaurant industry.
  • Able to train and supervise Front of House team members.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and problem solving skills.
  • Must have barista experience and strong coffee knowledge.
  • Must have own reliable transportation.
  • A passion for great guest service.
  • A keen focus on processes and compliance & ensuring quality every time.
  • Ability to work on a 7 days rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays and early morning shifts.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
  • Food Safety Supervisors Certificate and Approved Manager Card (or willingness to obtain).
