Job Description
We are looking to add a committed and skilled Floor Supervisor to our team. The Floor Supervisor will be in charge of a certain division or section, making sure that everything runs smoothly, that standards are followed, and that customers are well-cared for. A strong leader with outstanding communication abilities and a drive to provide top-notch service will make up the perfect applicant.
Responsibilities:

Supervise a specific department or area, ensuring smooth operations and follow to standards.

Maintain excellent customer service standards, handling inquiries and addressing customer concerns.

Oversee schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and efficient workflow.

Monitor product or service quality, conducting inspections to ensure adherence to company standards.

Facilitate training sessions, mentor new employees, and provide ongoing coaching.

Manage inventory, overseeing stock levels and restocking activities where necessary.

Prepare reports, documenting incidents, and providing feedback to higher management.
