Job Description
Not only do we want an extraordinary behind the wheel, but we also want someone who is excellent at getting to know people, forming connections, and designing experiences for our customers. In your role as a driver, you will make sure that our customers are driven in a secure and comfortable manner to their destination.
Responsibilities:
· Drive clients to appointments and various destinations, maintaining a high level of customer service.
· Provide additional assistance to clients, such as shopping and social support.
· Keep accurate records, including completing daily vehicle inspections.
· Read schedules and run sheets to ensure timely transport of clients.
· Liaise with schedulers and office personnel to coordinate client transport.
· Report any changes in client needs to the office promptly.
· Call clients to confirm pick-up and drop-off times and locations.
· Maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle to a high standard.
