Position: Restaurant Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals to deliver exceptional service and exceed customer expectations.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows in the kitchen and front of the house.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Foster a customer-centric culture by maintaining high standards of service quality, addressing customer feedback, and continuously seeking ways to enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Staff Development: Recruit, and train, As a manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the cafe.

You should implement and develop policies and procedures while taking a hands-on approach to FOH management. Flexibility to adapt to any role within the business when required.

Job Description:

  • Leading and managing a fast-paced cafe.
  • Organising and controlled a high-volume cafe with a vision for quality food, and coffee, and a friendly and approachable personality.
  • Staff recruitment, rostering, and training.
  • Implementing policies and maintenance schedules.
  • Supervision of business operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Maintenance of OHS and food safety regulations.
  • Drive repeat business in stores with superior customer service skills.
  • Prepare and serve dine-in and takeaway coffees.
