Leading and managing a fast-paced cafe.
Organising and controlled a high-volume cafe with a vision for quality food, and coffee, and a friendly and approachable personality.
Staff recruitment, rostering, and training.
Implementing policies and maintenance schedules.
Supervision of business operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Maintenance of OHS and food safety regulations.
Drive repeat business in stores with superior customer service skills.
