Job Overview: The primary responsibility is to answer incoming customer service calls, providing an exceptional experience and resolving issues. Accurate case information entry into Microsoft Dynamics and Speedy Rewards accounts (Logix) is required. Work hours may be between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.

Minimum Requirements:

·  Education Level: High School Diploma or Equivalent

·   Experience: Previous customer service/call centre experience preferred. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.

·    Skills: Excellent verbal & written communication, professional phone etiquette, multitasking, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
