There are vacancies available for both day and night shifts. We’re seeking a hardworking professional who likes meeting challenges and surpassing client expectations. Your chief responsibilities will include interpreting designs, monitoring machinery, and assessing welded components.
Responsibilities:
- Following technical drawings and specification sheets
- MIG welding to a high standard
- Responsibility for your own PPE and welding equipment
- Following clear instructions from team members and senior colleagues
- Adherence to health and safety rules and regulations
- Maintaining production area housekeeping
- Minimise waste by using/disposing of raw materials and consumable items efficiently
- Maintaining a safe working environment at all times
Role :
- Hands on manufacturing experience ideally in commercial vehicle bodywork or trailer manufacturing
- High quality assembly experience of specified materials such as MIG welding, mild steel, 3mm - 20mm
- Demonstrate skillset using various hand tools
- Reading and working from drawings
- Ability to ensure production target output and quality is maintained
