Job Description
Welder, Newhailes 2024-2025, we have an opportunity with excellent job roles and responsibilities for welders with experience of working within the industrial & commercial sectors to join our client’s team on a temp- Perm basis.
Role:
- Carry out but welds in S460 pipe -
- Welding processes are mainly MIG, both solid and flux core on mild steel, Also MIG on aluminium
- Working hours: Working hours are either dayshift 07:00 to 17:15 Monday to Thursday or Nightshift 20:45 to 07:00 Monday to Thursday, 39 hours + Overtime on offer
- Rate of Pay: Days £22 per hour - Nights £27 per hour + Overtime (Dependant on experience)
Requirements:
- You must possess a mechanical qualification (e.g. City & Guilds or BTEC). Welder qualifications preferred; if you do not have coding’s, you must have more than 2 years welding experience.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK will be required.
