Job Description
Welders for ongoing contracts for welding job 2024 seekers. We are looking for an experienced welder / Fabricator for a well-established engineering company based in Avonmouth. Experienced in ship repair would be an advantage. This would be a contracting role, with the potential to go permanent.
Role of Welder / Fabricator:
- Able to read technical drawings.
- Work on all refits and repairs that come into the site, this could be within the workshop or on a vessel.
- Able to work in confined spaces.
- undertake work as directed, each project will be different.
- Working on heavy structural Steel.
- Requirements of Welder / Fabrication
- Confident in MIG/TIG/Flux core.
- Worked on Steel and Aluminium.
- Some weekend work is required.
- Marine experience.
