Job Description
Best job opportunity in UK for skilled welders, Bridgwater. Framatome Ltd are going through significant growth and constantly increasing its presence in the United Kingdom. We are involved in a number of major projects in particular on site at Hinkley Point C. Due our constant demand and growth, we are looking to recruit a number of skilled and qualified Welders to join our team. Main objective of the role will be to ensure product is delivered in line with the documented procedures and standards. For this opportunity nuclear experience is desirable but not essential.
- Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 Welding Engineering (or equivalent)
- Be time served / apprentice trained.
- Experience in fabrication of Stainless-steel equipment.
- Read and understand detailed CAD drawings.
- Used to working in a production and engineering environment.
- To maintain equipment and small tools for assembly / welding / calibration
- Knowledge of current Health & Safety regulations
- Technical skills:
- Fundamental understanding EN ISO/ASME welding standards.
- Experience of TIG/MIG/MAG etc. welding.
Successful completion of trade test is required for the role. For welders this will be a HL04 weld test on 4” stainless steel 304l.
