Job Description
We are hiring for Level 2 plumbers 2024, needed for various installation and repair tasks, best job salary. An exciting position has become available for a full-time plumber based in Wolverhampton, latest update 2024 and surrounding areas.
Role Requirements:
- NVQ level 2 or 3 City & Guilds in plumbing or time served.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Friendly and informative.
- Committed to excellent customer service.
Role Responsibilities:
- Working as part of a team you will ensure that you meet Customer service standards and reasonable expectations.
- Carry out a wide range of work dependent on demand, to a high standard and ensuring high levels of productivity at all times.
- To attend responsive repairs, diagnose faults and undertake remedial actions.
- Provide support and cover to other engineers and participate in the “out of hours” service provision duty rota.
- Liaise with despatcher for appointments, access and work details as necessary; Liaise with customers to arrange access arrangements and to discuss works.
