Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Electrical Foreman/Woman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing production and other reports, supervising workers and projects, coordinating activities, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed. They will also be responsible for reading blueprints and electrical schematics, ordering materials and supplies, and resolving work problems to improve productivity.
Responsibilities:

Prepare production and other reports.

Read blueprints and electrical schematics.

Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.

Establish methods to meet work schedules.

Coordinate work activities with other work units.

Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity.
Qualifications:
-
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
-
5 years or more of experience.
-
Experience in installation, maintenance, repair, service, testing, or a related field.

Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Strong problem-solving skills.
-
Willingness to relocate if required.
