Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating activities, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed, and reading blueprints and electrical schematics. They will also be responsible for preparing production and other reports, ordering materials and supplies, and establishing methods to meet work schedules. Responsibilities also include resolving work problems and recommending measures to improve productivity.
Responsibilities:

Prepare production and other reports.

Supervise workers and projects.

Coordinate and schedule activities.

Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.

Read blueprints and electrical schematics.

Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.

Establish methods to meet work schedules.

Coordinate work activities with other work units.

Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity.
Qualifications:

Construction Electrician Trade Certification.

Construction Electrician Red Seal Certificate.
-
Experience in project planning.

Strong supervisory skills.

Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
